[Transfer audit from other certification body] Upon the submitted documents, transfer audit is conducted Timing and frequency audit will be the same as previous certification body
[Initial audit] First stage audit is conducted by mainly document review Second stage audit is conducted by verifying overall management system is complied with ISO requirement and implementation including on-site audit
Certification decision will be done
>> Certification review is conducted one by one right after each audit finished, the certificate will be issued within the short period.
Issue of certificate
>> Right after the certification decision finished, the certificate will be issued in timely manner
1 or 2 times audit in a year will be conducted as a surveillance audit
>> Surveillance audit of ISCT is conducted by such as a home doctor
Every 3 years count after initial audit, re-certification audit will be conducted
>> An experienced auditors understand the situation of the organization, and a more appropriate audit is conducted
